By accessing or using Product Inflection, you agree to these Terms and any applicable invitation, order, pilot terms, or separately executed agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. A separately executed agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
Accounts and authority
Use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. Keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. A person configuring a company workspace or integration must have authority to act for that organization. Workspace administrators are responsible for membership, role assignments, enabled integrations, and approved audiences.
Your information and permissions
You retain your rights in information you submit. You grant us permission to host, store, process, transmit, and display that information as necessary to provide the features you and your organization authorize. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it, connect a source, or share an analysis. These Terms do not give another customer rights to your company’s content.
Sense and human decisions
Sense helps summarize evidence, compare options, answer questions, and prepare artifacts. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review evidence, assumptions, and generated content before relying on them or making commitments. You and your organization remain responsible for product, business, and other decisions. Sense output is not a substitute for qualified professional advice where it is needed.
Connected services and company chats
Google and other connected services have their own terms, permissions, policies, and availability. An administrator may need to approve an integration. Access can be limited or revoked by the user, the organization, the provider, or us when necessary to protect the service.
Ask Sense uses the requesting employee’s linked workspace access. Sense Market collection and publication are separate choices. Sense Customer Experience has its own approved audience. You are responsible for selecting appropriate spaces and communicating authorized collection and sharing practices to participants.
Before requesting a Drive export, confirm that the folder’s existing access is appropriate for its content. Creating a file there can make it available to people who inherit access to that folder. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete previously saved Library records, delivered messages, or exported files.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; bypass permissions or security controls; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized collection or disclosure; or disrupt the service. Do not submit information your organization or an applicable agreement prohibits you from processing through the configured services.
Fees, AI usage, and availability
Fees and any trial or pilot conditions are stated in an order, invitation, pilot terms, or other agreed commercial terms. These Terms do not establish a price, automatic renewal, minimum purchase, or refund policy.
You must provide and manage your own AI provider API keys. Your AI provider bills usage directly to you under its agreement with you. You must use provider services, agreements, and settings that prohibit prompts, uploaded data, and generated responses from being used to train or improve generalized or nonpersonalized models. Verify the provider’s current training, retention, and human-access policies before connecting it or submitting company information.
Features may be subject to setup requirements, quotas, maintenance, provider approval, or access restrictions. No service-level or response-time commitment applies unless it is documented in an applicable customer agreement.
Our software and your feedback
We and our licensors retain rights in the Product Inflection software, branding, and related materials. You may use the service as permitted by your agreement. Feedback may be used to improve the service, without granting permission to disclose your confidential workspace content.
Suspension, ending access, and data requests
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a security incident, unlawful activity, material misuse, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and permitted, we will notify the affected organization. Ending access does not remove legal obligations or automatically delete records held by your organization or connected providers. Contact support to coordinate authorized data access, export, or deletion requests.
Commercial and legal terms
Pricing, pilot conditions, termination rights, warranties, liability limits, governing law, dispute handling, indemnities, and any support or availability commitments are governed by the applicable invitation, order, pilot terms, or separately executed customer agreement. If that agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the separately executed agreement controls.
Privacy and changes
The Product Inflection Privacy Policy describes our data-handling practices. Material changes to these Terms will be provided through an appropriate notice and acceptance process.
